The Value of On-Site Trainings with Stratus’s Customer Success Team

Online trainings serve as the primary method for our customers to onboard Stratus. However, are you aware that there is another valuable option available? On-site visits! For organizations that rely on advanced software solutions like Stratus, the importance of continuous improvement cannot be overstated. Scheduling on-site trainings with a member of our Customer Success team might be the ticket to catapult your Stratus usage to the next level. Recently, Frank Scott visited F.W. Sims, a mechanical contractor in New York and Alterman, an electrical contractor in the San Antonio area. Both teams shared their thoughts on the value of customer success team's site visit:

What value did the on-site bring?

“The on-site visit helped our company tremendously. The knowledge that Frank had was unbelievable. He was able to tackle each process in Stratus from start to finish with our whole team. His knowledge with Revit and fabrication databases, he was able to help our drafting department do a through audit of our models, database and upload procedures. He worked out a lot of issues we were having on our end and cleaned up our models and data base. His extensive knowledge on the Stratus/Fabrication side he was able to help me and my team capture more useful information from our models and be able to relay that information to our purchasing and fabrication sides. What did you enjoy most?

“What we enjoyed most was the face-to-face time. With Teams meetings and online conferencing being so prevalent now a days and taking away from most face to face meetings. Having him here in person showed how important that face to face time that is so often overseen now. We were able to show Frank our fabrication shop, show him our current processes and methods. As well as our issues we were having. I think seeing it in person and being able to talk collaboratively through all teams and work together in person was priceless.” – R.L.

“We were able to customize so many features available in Stratus. It was great having him work with us. Which will in turn make [our team] more productive.  Frank made suggestions we didn’t even know were possible. What would you want other companies to know?           

“Anyone that is on the fence it is highly worth it and something that I think every company using Stratus should have at some point. There is always more that can be learned and done. Having the onsite visit really delivers that.” – R.L.
