Bent conduit can go straight to a CNC bender: bend lists split automatically by material and size to match tooling changeover, the bender simulates and checks the file before material moves, and a completed bend syncs status back to Stratus. No bend sheet ever enters the process.

Stratus generates company, content, and tool-specific labels for electrical assemblies, in-wall kits, hanger packages, parts, packages, and containers. Each one carries a QR code for tracking and install information built to spec. The operator clicks Done, a label prints, and status updates in Stratus at the same time.

Assembly stations can go fully digital. Shop crews work directly from modeled assemblies and packages, with interactive instructions right at the station instead of paper shop drawings. Nobody needs a Revit license on the floor, only the assembly in front of them.

Group packages of electrical assemblies together and assign them to a shipping container using Stratus labels and scanners. That container can be a cart, a pallet, or a truck, whatever actually moves in your yard.
